FROM “SHOULD WE GO?” TO A SHARED PLAN

One event. One team plan.

Choose the event

Keep it on the shared shortlist.

Ask your colleagues

Keep the conversation with the event.

Confirm who is going

See assignments and individual replies.

Your team’s plans stay private.

One shared shortlist

Clear staff assignments

Private team conversations

LESS CHASING. CLEARER PLANS.

An event plan should not disappear into an email thread.

A link in one inbox. An attendance question in another. A calendar that only one person can see. It becomes difficult to know what the company has decided and who still needs to reply.

Give the team one place to discuss the event, record the decision and see who is going.

BUILT AROUND YOUR TEAM’S NEXT DECISION

Keep everyone working from the same plan.

01

One shared event shortlist

Keep the events your company is considering in one place. Your colleagues can see the same plan.

02

A clear answer to “Who is going?”

Propose attendees, let them confirm availability and keep individual replies beside the event.

03

Conversations that stay with the event

Ask “Should we go?” or share an update. Notify selected colleagues inside the planner.

04

A calendar for the whole team

View your plans by month. Download an event or the team calendar for your calendar application.

05

Event and accommodation links together

Open the event details and compare nearby accommodation where available. Book with the organiser or provider.

06

Private company plans

Your shortlist, staff assignments and conversations stay with invited team members.

YOUR THREE-STEP PLAN

From event idea to confirmed team.

Start with one event and the people who need to decide.

Start your team plan
  1. Create your company team

Sign in with your free account and enter your company or team name.

  2. Choose events and invite colleagues

Add an event to your shared shortlist. Create invitation links for the people you want to include.

  3. Decide who is going

Discuss the event, assign attendees and record their replies. Keep the plan ready for the next conversation.

READY FOR THE NEXT CONVERSATION

Spend less time checking the plan. Spend more time preparing for the event.

See the event, the attendance decision and the people involved together. Your team can prepare with a clear view of what has been decided and what needs a reply.

A few things you may want to know

Does everyone need a company account?

Each person uses their own free MiningEvents account. The team owner creates the company team and invites colleagues. You do not need to share a login.

How do colleagues receive invitations and notifications?

The owner creates an invitation link and shares it with the invited colleague. Invitations are not emailed automatically. Attendance updates and selected messages appear in the planner’s Notifications tab; automatic email and push notifications are not enabled.

Can we buy tickets and book hotels in the planner?

Use the event and accommodation links where available to continue with the organiser or booking provider. Team planner records your attendance plans, but does not purchase tickets or store booking confirmations.

Are our attendance plans public?

No. Your event shortlist, staff assignments and conversations are visible to invited team members. They do not automatically appear on public company pages or in advertising.

Will our external calendars update automatically?

Calendar downloads are saved copies. Later changes in MiningEvents do not update those copies automatically. Check the event details before travelling.

YOUR NEXT EVENT STARTS WITH A CLEAR PLAN
